Magnolia Ycasas is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in developing and implementing HR policies, recruitment processes, and employee management. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at OTTera, Inc. since January 2023, Magnolia Ycasas has previously worked as a Human Resources Consultant and Business Partner at BCF Solutions, contributing significantly to the Simons Observatory project and aligning organizational objectives with employee engagement.
