Carly Colegrove has extensive experience in client partnership and account management, having worked at OtterBase since July 2009, holding roles such as Client Partner, Client Executive, Senior Account Manager, and Senior Recruiter. In this capacity, Carly successfully filled numerous IT positions, including .NET Developers, Project Managers, and QA Testers, as well as non-IT roles like Graphic Designers and HR Managers. Prior to OtterBase, Carly worked as a Regional Human Capital Assistant at BDO USA, LLP, and completed an internship in Human Resources at Fishbeck Thompson Carr & Huber. Carly holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources from Aquinas College, obtained between 2002 and 2008.
