Aaron Gaylord serves as the Product Development Lead at OtterBox, with a career spanning over 15 years within the company, where responsibilities have included leading engineering efforts to develop user-focused solutions across various commercial sectors, managing teams to execute high-volume programs, and ensuring technical projects meet rigorous standards of cost, quality, and time. With a background as a Mechanical Engineer and a history of successfully releasing over 30 products to the global market, Aaron has contributed significantly to the organization’s innovation and efficiency. In addition to work at OtterBox, Aaron has served on the Executive Board of Larimer County Search and Rescue, Inc., focusing on training and situational awareness for incident response. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Colorado State University.
