Jacqueline Banks-Smith has extensive experience in the insurance industry, currently serving as Claims Supervisor at Otterstedt Insurance Agency since September 2013, where Jacqueline also held the role of Claims Executive. Prior to this, Jacqueline worked at Bollinger Insurance from 2005 to 2012 in a dual role of Claims/Sales. Jacqueline's educational background includes studies at the University of Phoenix from 2011 to 2014 and attendance at Centenary College from 1982 to 1984.
