Diogo Winck is an accomplished technology leader and educator with extensive experience in software engineering and team management. Currently serving as the Director of Technology at Ottimizza Sistemas Contábeis since January 2024, Diogo focuses on product stabilization and user experience enhancement while also developing a high-caliber engineering team. Diogo has held various roles, including Senior Technical Lead at RecargaPay, Software Engineering Manager at Conta Azul, and Software Engineering Coordinator at Jornada Educação e Tecnologia.
