Meagan Villanueva

Meagan Villanueva is an accomplished aerospace professional with extensive experience in program management and propulsion systems. Currently serving as the Director of the Program Management Office at Otto Aviation since September 2023, Meagan previously held pivotal roles at Supernal, including Head of Propulsion & Dynamic Systems and Sr. Manager Electric Propulsion, where responsibilities encompassed overseeing development in rotor systems, electric power units, and powertrain integration. Prior experience includes leadership positions at Bell Flight, where Meagan managed electric propulsion technology for the Nexus 4EX and contributed to various innovations and developments in vertical lift vehicles. Meagan also gained valuable skills through the Textron Leadership Development Program, with engineering roles in multiple Textron companies, as well as an undergraduate research assistantship focused on aerospace applications at The University of Texas at Austin, where a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Aeronautical and Astronautical Engineering was obtained.
