Otto Baum Company
Ryan Locke is a high school graduate whose father (Ed Locke) worked at OBCI since 1968. His father never had anything negative to say about the company, and so Ryan started in the field in June of 1991 as a bricklayer. After three years, he became a bricklayer foreman. After 24 years, he switched to the role of estimator/project manager in 2018.
