Stephanie Cobb

Stephanie Cobb graduated from Illinois Central College in 2001 with an associate degree. She attempted being a stay-at-home mom but wanted to get back to work. After encouragement from her family, and after acknowledging her experience with the construction field, she began looking for construction companies that have open office positions. She came across OBCI and noticed their wonderful reputation and longevity and made the decision to take a receptionist position in April of 2013 and worked for a year mapping the company for an ERP transition. At the time, OBCI did not have an HR department, but Stephanie had experience and eventually became the HR manager in 2015.
