Katherine Case (Kain) has a diverse professional background with experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Katherine began the career journey as an Image Analyst at NASA and later transitioned to educational and support roles, including a Research Assistant for the Archaeological Film Database at UC Berkeley and a Personal Assistant Intern at the Irish Consulate. Katherine's retail experience includes positions at Apple Retail and Geek Squad. A significant tenure at Enjoy Technology, Inc. involved roles from Support Expert to Sr. Program Manager in Customer Experience. Additionally, Katherine contributed to multimedia projects as a Video Assistant/Audio Engineer at Love Unique Studios. More recently, Katherine has served as a Digital Experience and Commerce Project Manager at Apple and is currently the Customer Success Onboarding Manager at OTTO dms, while also freelancing as a Project Manager in Content Development and Strategy. Katherine holds a BA from the University of California, Berkeley.
