Ingo Bertram

Ingo Bertram is an accomplished communications professional with extensive experience in corporate public relations and external communications. Currently serving as the Head of External Communications at OTTO since March 2019, Ingo leads initiatives involving media relations and corporate social media, while also engaging in CXO communication and art direction. Prior to this role, Ingo was the Head of Corporate PR & Content and Press Spokesman at Hermes Germany GmbH, managing corporate communications and crisis communications strategies. Ingo’s earlier positions include Account Manager PR at achtung! GmbH and various roles at Straub & Linardatos GmbH, which provided foundational skills in PR consulting and media relations. Ingo holds a Magister Artium in German language and literature studies and a Magister Optimus in PR/Image Management from the University of Bremen.
