Kathrin Braun

Kathrin Braun is an experienced Agile Coach and Process Manager with a career spanning over a decade in various roles focused on agile methodologies. Currently serving as a Senior Agile Coach and Process Manager at OTTO since August 2018, Kathrin has previously worked as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master at immowelt and dreamIT GmbH, as well as in coaching capacities at Jimdo and Bigpoint GmbH. In the earlier stages of the career, Kathrin acquired experience in IT support and system integration at DekaBank and Deka Investment. Kathrin holds a degree as a Spirit Life Design Coach from Bensien & Berliner and has studied psychotherapy at Heilpraktiker Akademie Deutschland. Additionally, training in acting was undertaken at Schule für Schauspiel Hamburg, complemented by a Realschulabschluss from Parkschule.
