Lina Weber

Lina Weber is a seasoned professional in organizational development with a strong focus on agile methodologies. Currently serving as a Senior Organizational Developer Agile at OTTO since August 2019, Lina has previously held the role of Internationale Personalentwicklerin at KOSTAL Group from August 2014 to July 2019 and worked as an Assessment Center Assistentin at Profil M Beratung für Human Resources Management GmbH & Co. KG between October 2010 and July 2014. Lina holds a Master of Science degree in Arbeits- und Organisationspsychologie from the University of Münster, complemented by an exchange semester in Psychology at the University of Adelaide and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Münster.
