Ralf Kleinfeld

Ralf Kleinfeld currently serves as Vorstand at CISO Alliance e.V., focusing on the exchange of experiences and the establishment of the CISO role as a representation of CISOs and information security professionals since July 2024. At OTTO, Ralf has held multiple roles including Division Manager Information Governance, Information Security Officer, and Department Manager for both Information Governance and IT Security and Network Infrastructure since June 2011. Previously, Ralf was Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Gateprotect and Chief System Designer at METRO SYSTEMS. Ralf's early career includes serving as Managing Partner at IntraPark GmbH, a local ISP and consulting firm in networking and security, and as CTO and board member at Mediantis AG, a digital television provider. Ralf holds an MBA in Leadership & Digital Business Transformation from Quadriga University of Applied Sciences and a Dipl. Inf in Computer Science and Business Studies from RPTU Kaiserslautern-Landau.
