Sandra Widmaier-Gebauer

Sandra Widmaier-Gebauer is a Member of the Supervisory Board at Otto. Sandra has over twenty-nine years of experience in Human Resources.

Sandra started their career in 1991 as the General Manager of HR for the TUV Rheinland Group. There they developed and implemented the HR department and TÜV Rheinland Academy. In 1995, they left to join Hay Group as a Senior Project Manager. There they were responsible for analysis and redesign of organizational structure and processes, job evaluation, development of compensation and benefits models, development of competency models, and behavioural event interviews (management audits). Sandra left Hay Group in May of 2000 to join Otto.

Sandra Widmaier-Gebauer studied sociology, economics, and law at the University of Konstanz. Sandra then worked as a civil servant in the field of administration.
