Currently serving as the Deputy General Manager of Quality at Ottomate International since May 2022, Rajiv previously held pivotal roles including Head of Business Excellence and Quality Assurance at R. S. FOILS PRIVATE LIMITED and Head of Quality at Tibco Group. Prior positions include Assistant General Manager of Quality at A1 Fence Products and Head of Quality for Videocon Consumer Durables and Wipro Consumer Care and Lighting. Rajiv's career began as an Engineer in Industrial Engineering at Voltas Limited, and Rajiv gained early experience in Quality Assurance at Araco Automotive Pvt Ltd. Rajiv holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Ramaiah Institute of Technology, completed between 1993 and 1997.
