Previous experience includes roles in human resources at PT XMEDIA (2016-2018) and various positions at Bentoel Group, a member of British American Tobacco, including Promotional Representative, Team Leader, and Merchandiser (2013-2015). Hermawan's career also encompasses roles as Sales Supervisor at Indosakti Communication and Project Management Officer at Dirgantara Production, along with early experience in electric engineering at PT Kedaton Mulia Primas Palm Oil and as Project Event Coordinator at 6men Organizer. Education includes a degree in Electrical Engineering from Universitas Muhammadiyah Purwokerto (2003-2011) and secondary education at SMU Muhammadiyah 1 Purwokerto (2000-2003).
