Cara Clouse

Cara Clouse's work experience begins in 2012, where they served as the Human Resources Manager at Relco Locomotives Inc until 2014. From there, they moved on to Ottumwa Regional Health Center, where they held various HR roles including HR Recruiting Specialist from 2014 until 2018, HR Business Partner from 2018 until 2022, and currently serves as the Human Resources Director.

Cara Clouse earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration from AIB College of Business in 2012-2013. Cara also holds an Associate's degree from Indian Hills Community College. Prior to that, Cara completed their high school education at Albia High School and received a High School Diploma.
