Amber Nealy

Amber Nealy has extensive experience in the nursing and healthcare management fields, having served as Chief Nursing Officer at OU Health from March 2010 to December 2020, where responsibilities included nursing management and ambulatory care nursing. Subsequent roles included Director of Clinical Operations and Nursing Manager, focusing on team leadership and customer satisfaction. Amber has also contributed to education as a Volunteer Faculty and Guest Lecturer at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center since January 2015. Currently, Amber is the Director of Nursing at OU Health Stephenson Cancer Center, having held the position since December 2020. Amber holds a Doctor of Nursing Practice and a Master of Science in Nursing Administration, both from the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center.
