Kristin Lee

Kristin Lee Charles has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Kristin began their career in 2011 as an Executive Assistant at the Hotel Association of Los Angeles. In December 2011, they joined Macy's as a Fulfillment/Support Associate before transitioning to Unilever in October 2013 as a Customer Service Coordinator for Kate Somerville Skincare.

In 2015, Charles joined Anastasia Beverly Hills where they held various roles including Sales Administrator, Account Manager, and Senior Account Manager. Their time at Anastasia Beverly Hills lasted until December 2017 when they moved on to The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. as a National Account Manager for Smashbox Cosmetics.

Most recently, Charles has been working for OUAI since 2019. Kristin initially served as a Key Account Manager before being promoted to Senior Key Account Manager in February 2021. Their responsibilities at OUAI involve managing key accounts and fostering strong relationships with clients.

Kristin Lee Charles completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration at the University of California, Riverside from 2009 to 2013.
