Madison Penta is an experienced professional in visual merchandising and design, currently serving as Associate Manager of Visual Merchandising at OUAI since July 2025. Prior to this role, Madison worked at Charlotte Tilbury Beauty as a Visual Merchandising Coordinator, effectively implementing visual standards and designing in-store events for the Ulta and Sephora Fragrance team. Madison's career also includes significant experience at Dentsu Creative, where responsibilities as a Senior Designer involved creating design assets for client pitches, and earlier roles as a New Business Designer and Graphic Designer, demonstrating a range of skills in design creation, client engagement, and brand development. Madison holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Communications Design from Syracuse University.
