Paul Girard

Paul Girard is a co-founder of OuestWare since March 2020, bringing extensive experience in research and development of digital methods gained during their tenure at Sciences Po from March 2009 to March 2020 as responsable recherche et développement méthodes numériques. Prior to that, Paul Girard worked as an engineer at Université Paris 8 Vincennes-Saint-Denis from 2005 to 2009. Paul Girard holds a degree in engineering with a focus on computer science and cultural industry engineering from Université de Technologie de Compiègne, earned between 1999 and 2004, and a master’s degree in mediation and cultural engineering from Université Côte d'Azur, completed in 2005.
