Ian Benouis has had a long and varied career in the legal and business world. In 2021, they became Co-Founder of the Church of Psilomethoxin, where they work to 4-hydroxylate 5-meo-dmt to make 4-ho-5-meo-dmt aka psilomethoxin. In 2020, they began advising and serving as General Counsel for The Mission Within, a comprehensive program that combines the use of psychoactive medicines, hormone optimization, brain stimulation technologies, and sound healing. Ian also founded Sacred Medicines Church in 2020. In 2022, they became an Advisor for the Microdosing Collective. In 2019, they became General Counsel for Veterans for Natural Rights, a non-profit organization dedicated to veteran healing and reintegration. In 2016, they became Chief Evangelist and General Counsel for the Crossroads Treatment Center, spearheading the veterans' PTSD treatment program. In 2015, they became Chief Sales and Marketing Officer and General Counsel for Tamisium Extractors, a pioneer in the field of Butane Hash Oil extraction technique and equipment. In 2013, they became VP of Sales for Lecorpio, providing adaptable intellectual property management software for the world’s most innovative companies. In 2006, they became The High Counsel for Entheo Law, helping create and advise holy sacramental medicine churches. Finally, in 2012, they became Co-Founder of Oui Agree.

Ian Benouis attended Kailua High School from 1979 to 1982. Ian then attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1982 to 1986, where they earned a BS in Engineering Management. In 1993, they attended The University of Texas at Austin for Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Finally, they attended the University of Houston Law Center from 1994 to 1997, where they earned a JD in Intellectual Property.
