Jennifer Journe-Alvarez is an experienced professional in concierge services and event management, currently serving as Directrice Déléguée Filiale/BU La Conciergerie O2 at Groupe Oui Care since March 2014. Jennifer has been instrumental in the development and operational implementation of innovative local concierge services. Previously, as Account Relationship Manager at John Paul, Jennifer managed high-profile accounts, ensuring client satisfaction through premium concierge offerings. Jennifer's extensive experience also includes roles in operations management at VIP Business Voyages and project management at Creative French Event and WOW EVENT. Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in communication and media studies from ISCOM and has studied Spanish language and literature at Universitat de Barcelona.
