Patricia Miranda Villar

Patricia Miranda Villar has had extensive work experience in various legal roles. Patricia started their career at Vodafone in 1997 as a Lawyer in the corporate legal department. Patricia then worked at Squire Sanders as an Attorney for four years before joining Indra Sistemas in 2005. At Indra Sistemas, Patricia held multiple positions including Senior Lawyer at the Corporate Legal Department, Head of International Legal Department, and ultimately Head of the Corporate Legal Department. In 2016, they moved to Cintra where they served as the Head of Corporate Legal and Financing Co. Most recently, Patricia joined OUIGO España in 2019 as the Head of the Legal Department.

Patricia Miranda Villar pursued their undergraduate education from 1992 to 1997 at the Faculty of Law ICADE, where they earned a Licenciatura in Derecho E-0. Following this, they attended IE Law School from 1997 to 1998, obtaining a Master Asesoria Juridica de Empresa (MAJ), with the field of study not specified.

Recently, from 2019 to 2020, Patricia enrolled in The Valley Digital Business School, where they completed the PADDB+ Programa de Alta Dirección en Digital Business, focusing on Digital Business.
