Grace Phillips

Grace Phillips is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as Senior Manager of Strategic Finance at Oula since August 2024. Prior to this role, Grace held positions at Vestar Capital Partners as a Senior Associate and Associate from August 2021 to July 2024. Grace's experience in investment banking includes serving as an Analyst in the Leveraged Finance Group at Jefferies from July 2019 to June 2021, along with a summer analyst position at Jefferies in 2018. Additionally, Grace interned at EDENS and worked as a Cycle Instructor at pūrvelo, showcasing a diverse skill set. Grace earned a Bachelor's Degree in Commerce from the UVA McIntire School of Commerce between 2017 and 2019 and completed education at the University of Virginia, as well as Georgetown Day School from 2011 to 2015.
