Rachelle Gupta is a seasoned recruitment professional with extensive experience across diverse organizations, currently serving as Lead Recruiter at Oula. Rachelle has held roles such as Head of People at Sevi Health, achieving significant organizational growth and managing people operations through multiple acquisitions. Rachelle has also been instrumental in talent acquisition at First Round Fast Track as a Startup Talent Acquisition Mentor, and previously led recruiting efforts at NEWNESS and Pathrise, contributing to substantial team expansions and program developments.
