Anne Siltala

Anne Siltala is a Senior Lecturer at Oulu University of Applied Sciences, with experience in customer relations at Apple Computers Inc. and customer support at Siemens mobile phones and cordless phones. Anne holds a Master of Arts in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language from Oulu University and a Bachelor of Science in Economics and Business Administration with a focus on Computer Science from Vaasa Open University. Currently, Anne is pursuing an unfinished Master's degree in International Business Management at Oulu Business School, University of Oulu.
