Lazari Waites has extensive experience in product development and purchasing within the homebuilding industry. Since June 2018, Lazari has served as the Director of Product Development at Our Country Homes, where expertise in overseeing product offerings has been demonstrated. Prior to this role, Lazari held the position of Purchasing Manager at Our Country Homes from January 2012, contributing to strategic procurement efforts. Lazari's career began at Mercedes Homes as a Purchasing Coordinator from June 2005 to January 2012, where foundational skills in purchasing were developed.
