Mary Schuster is an experienced professional with a diverse background in executive assistance, communications, and human resources. Currently serving as an Executive Assistant at OUR Credit Union since September 2022, Mary previously held the position of Director of Development and Communications at Beyond Basics, where responsibilities included leading marketing and communication efforts while being a key member of the agency’s leadership team. As an Engagement Manager at 365 Retail Markets, Mary focused on enhancing employee and customer experiences through process improvements. Additionally, Mary served as the Human Resources Director at BrightColors, managing HR operations across multiple U.S. locations and international staff. Mary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, along with additional education from various institutions.
