Youth Care Worker at Our Family Services

Jenny Coats has extensive experience in childcare and social work, currently serving as a Youth Care Worker at Our Family Services since October 2012, where responsibilities include conducting intake assessments and providing developmental childcare. Concurrently, Jenny has been a Childcare Worker at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church since January 2010, overseeing activities for groups of children and fostering a nurturing environment. Our Family is a Southern Arizona-based nonprofit providing services to people in every stage of life. Our Family's mission is to eliminate homelessness and strengthen our community. We do this by: - providing stability in times of crisis - linking people to support and resources - supporting social connectedness - engaging our neighbors to tackle tough community issues. Services include: counseling; mediation; information and referral; shelter and support for homeless children, youth and families; and services for elders and adults with disabilities. Our Family's programs include: Counseling -- General counseling in English or Spanish for adults, teens, children, couples or families.
