Odion Fross

Odion Fross has extensive experience in product management and leadership roles.

Odion started their career at EchoStar Corporation, where they worked as a Software Developer Intern and later as a Database Administrator. Odion was responsible for designing and maintaining complex databases, implementing efficient data storage solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

After EchoStar, Odion joined the State of Wyoming as a Data Architect. In this role, they led a project to redesign the enterprise data architecture supporting the state's public schools. Odion also implemented better development practices and led usability studies, resulting in improved productivity and increased data accessibility.

Following their time at the State of Wyoming, Odion worked at Primerica as a Manager and then as a Senior Manager in Product Investment. Odion successfully developed product strategies, identified market opportunities, and collaborated with sales and product teams to achieve profitable growth.

Most recently, Odion worked at Dotdash Meredith as a Product Manager, where they played a key role in building the company's core digital products on iOS, Android, and web. Odion worked closely with development and design teams, defined engineering requirements, and coordinated go-to-market plans.

Currently, Odion is a Senior Product Manager at OurFamilyWizard, where they are responsible for growth and innovations. OurFamilyWizard acquired Cozi from Dotdash Meredith, and Odion is leveraging their previous experience to contribute to the success of the #1 B2C organizing app for families.

Odion Fross began their education in 2008 at the University of Wyoming, where they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Computer Science, with a minor in Business. They completed their undergraduate studies in 2011.

After obtaining their bachelor's degree, Odion Fross pursued additional certifications to enhance their skills. In 2019, they obtained a Product Management Certificate from Product School. Following this, in 2020, they attained a Python Full Stack certification from Coding Dojo. Their most recent certification, obtained in 2022, was in Product Growth from Reforge.

In 2019, Odion Fross enrolled in the Masters Level Diploma program at OpenClassrooms, specializing in Product Management. They are expected to complete their studies at OpenClassrooms in 2024.
