Bahar Arabzadeh (PhD) has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries.
Starting in 2014, at the Isfahan Health Care Center, Bahar served as an Assistant Project Manager. In this role, they conducted preliminary analysis, implemented an inventory management process, and generated progress reports.
From 2017 to 2021, Bahar worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at Bayes Business School. Bahar led classes and tutorials on operations management, supply chain, and analytics for diverse audiences, including undergraduate students and healthcare professionals.
In 2020, Bahar joined City, University of London as a Research Assistant. Bahar collaborated with an NHS Hospital on a project aimed at reducing patients' waiting times and operational costs. Bahar assessed the impact of current resource allocation processes, analyzed three years' worth of data, and identified areas for improvement. Bahar concluded their role in August 2021.
From July 2021 to March 2023, Bahar worked as a Research Manager at the NIHR (National Institute for Health Research).
Bahar's most recent position is as a Project Manager at Our Future Health UK, starting in March 2023.
Overall, Bahar has acquired significant experience in project management, research, teaching, and analysis in the fields of healthcare, academia, and business.
Bahar Arabzadeh (PhD) completed their education as follows:
Bahar earned their Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Isfahan University of Technology, where they studied from 2010 to 2014.
Following that, they pursued a Master's Degree in Project Management Finance and Risk from City, University of London, completing their studies from 2015 to 2016.
Later, from 2017 to 2022, Bahar attended Bayes Business School, where they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) specializing in Operations Management.
In addition to their academic qualifications, Bahar acquired the PRINCE2® 2017 Foundation certification from BCS, The Chartered Institute for IT, in July 2016.
