Chris Lin

Chris Lin is the Co-Founder and CEO of Our Happy Company, a media technology company based in Taipei, Taiwan. Chris was previously the Co-Founder and Group CEO of KKBOX Inc., a leading digital music and video streaming platform for global Chinese audiences.

Lin began their career in 2000 as a co-founder of KKBOX Inc., a Taipei-based media company. Chris served as the company's Group CEO from 2004 to 2021, during which time they oversaw its expansion into Greater China and Southeast Asia. In 2017, they spun off KKStream, a media platform solution company, from KKBOX's media business segment.

In 2016, Lin founded KKFARM, an independent music label investment holding company. In 2019, it became a joint venture between KKBOX Group and a major digital music platform in China.

Lin has been a driving force in the development of Taiwan's media industry, and has been instrumental in empowering music and entertainment professionals in the digital age. Chris is a respected leader in the fields of media and technology, and their work has had a significant impact on the global Chinese community.

Chris Lin earned a Master of Science in Operations Research from Stanford University and a B.S. in Manufacturing Engineering from Boston University.
