Alex Hummel

Alex Hummel serves as the Quality Assurance & Sanitation Manager at Our Home since October 2024. Previously, Alex held several positions at Ever Better Eating Inc. from August 2020 to August 2024, including QA and Sanitation Manager, Production Trainer, SQF Practitioner, Warehouse Team Member, and Production Team Lead. Alex also worked at Chemtan Company Inc. as a Production Technician from August 2016 to August 2020. Earlier experience includes serving as Head Chef at The Tavern at River's Edge from June 2015 to August 2016 and as a Line Cook and Manager in Training at Bugaboo Creek from August 2014 to May 2015. Academically, Alex holds an Associate of Science in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor of Science in Food Service Management from Johnson & Wales University (2007-2011) and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certificate from Visual Edge in October 2024. Additionally, Alex is a graduate of Exeter High School.
