Michele DelCorsano

Michele DelCorsano is the current President & CEO at Our House. Prior to this, they worked at Morgan Stanley from August 1999 to February 2005 as a Retirement Plans Associate. In this role, they administered all defined contribution plans, including 401(k), profit sharing, and employee stock purchase plans. Michele also resolved escalated employee issues and implemented government plan changes, including Sarbanes-Oxley Act (SOX). Lastly, they supervised part-time staff who processed loan and withdrawal applications and termination distribution forms.

Michele DelCorsano has a Master's degree in Organizational Psychology from Kean University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Susquehanna University. Michele also attended Union Catholic High School.
