Geoff Levy AO

Founding Partner at Our Innovation Fund

Geoff Levy AO is the founding partner at Our Innovation Fund. Prior to this, they were with OurCrowd, Cromwell Property Group, Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority (ASADA), and Specialty Fashion Group. Geoff has over 25 years of experience in the investment and finance industry.

Geoff started their career at National Australia Bank in 1985 in the Corporate Finance Department, before moving to Schroders Australia in 1988 where they worked in Equity Research and then Corporate Finance. In 1992 they moved to Rothschild Australia as a Director in the Corporate Finance team before being promoted to Managing Director in 1995.

At Rothschild, Geoff worked on some of Australia’s largest and most complex transactions including the privatisations of Qantas, Kraft Foods and Commonwealth Bank of Australia. Geoff also advised on many of Australia’s largest mergers and acquisitions including the merger of Westpac and St George Bank, the acquisitions of Hanson plc by Heineken NV and of National Mutual by AXA SA.

In 2005, Geoff was appointed Chairman of Specialty Fashion Group, one of Australia’s largest women’s fashion retailers. Geoff was also a Director of ASADA from 2006 to 2008.

Since 2009, Geoff has been an active investor and advisor to a number of early stage companies. Geoff is a founding partner of Our Innovation Fund, a $100 million fund that invests in Israeli and Australian technology companies.

Geoff Levy AO graduated with a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B.) from UNSW Australia and a Bachelor of Commerce with Law from the University of the Witwatersrand. Geoff also holds certification from the Supreme Court of New South Wales in Admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW.
