Alex Chester

Alexander Chester, CMA, serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Our Just Future since March 2017, with a background as a Finance and Accounting Analyst. Prior to this, Alexander held titles such as Housing Accountant, where responsibilities included managing financial consolidations for affordable housing projects, and Real Estate Accountant at CFM Management, overseeing multiple real estate entities. Experience includes a position as Finance and Operations Manager at Africa Bridge, handling financial accounting and risk management, and an interim role as Acting Executive Director. Early career roles included an Operations and Compliance Intern at CNFA, Office Manager and Youth Program Coordinator at Bienestar, and a TEFL Volunteer with the United States Peace Corps. Academically, Alexander holds a Post-baccalaureate in Accounting from Portland State University, a Master of International Affairs in Economics and Development from Texas A&M University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Gonzaga University.
