Jennifer Terseck

Jennifer Terseck currently serves as the Accounting Controller at Our Lady of Grace Catholic School, a position held since April 2024. Previously, Jennifer worked at UnitedHealth Group as a Senior People Team member, focusing on full life-cycle recruitment. Prior roles include a Recruiter at Life Time Inc., managing the recruitment process, and a Talent Management Program Manager, focusing on the design and execution of talent programs. Jennifer’s early experience also includes being a Technical Recruiter at Northrop Grumman and a Human Resources Generalist Intern at the Urban Land Institute. Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Global Business Leadership from the College of Saint Benedict and a Project Management Certificate from the University of St. Thomas.
