Scott Powers

Scott Powers serves as the General Counsel at LL Funds, LLC since August 2018. Prior to this role, Scott Powers held multiple positions at Actua Corporation from May 2006 to July 2018, culminating as Managing Director and Assistant General Counsel. During tenure at Actua, Scott Powers was involved with a publicly traded holding company focused on private cloud-based business investments. Earlier experience includes working as an Associate at Dechert LLP from 2001 to 2006, specializing in corporate law matters. Scott Powers earned a JD, cum laude, from Temple University - James E. Beasley School of Law and a BS, summa cum laude, in Economics from Fordham University.
