Jessica Bruxvoort, RN, BSN, currently serves as the Performance Improvement Coordinator and Registered Nurse at Our Lady of Peace Hospice & Home Health Care since January 2023. Previous experience includes roles as RN Case Manager at Grace Hospice MN, where responsibilities involved organizing hospice care and providing clinical support, and at ProMedica, focusing on managed patient care and symptom management. Prior nursing roles at Allina Health involved establishing therapeutic relationships and coordinating patient care, while experience at Mayo Clinic provided essential skills in patient surveillance in a cardiac telemetry unit. Additional roles included ICU Nurse Intern at M Health Fairview, Resident Care Assistant at Ecumen, and Certified Nursing Assistant at School Sisters of Notre Dame.
