Kate Wagner

Kate Wagner is a dedicated chaplain currently serving at Our Lady of Peace Home, Hospice, and Home Care since July 2018, where responsibilities include assessing and addressing the spiritual and emotional needs of patients, families, and staff. Previous experience encompasses roles as a casual chaplain at HealthEast and Abode Healthcare, where spiritual support and bereavement program coordination were key duties. Additionally, Kate volunteered at HealthPartners hospice program and completed a chaplain residency at HealthEast Care System, further enhancing skills in individualized spiritual care planning and counseling. The founding and coordination of At Home Memory Care showcased a commitment to compassionate non-medical support for families caring for loved ones with dementia. Kate's educational background includes a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Counseling and Specialized Ministries from Bethel Seminary-St. Paul and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Macalester College.
