Katherine Evensen (Kae)

Katherine (Kae) Evensen is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in nursing and pastoral leadership. Since April 2019, Katherine has served as an RN Case Manager at Our Lady of Peace Hospice Residence within Community Hospice & Home Care, providing compassionate, holistic patient care. Prior to this role, Katherine was an RN Case Manager in Home Health Care with Healtheast/Fairview and a Registered Nurse at Chandler Place and Pearl Garden Memory Care. Katherine's earlier career included serving as a Senior Co-Pastor at Mercy Seat Lutheran Church, where administrative and management responsibilities were coordinated for the congregation, alongside teaching and writing at Luther Seminary and National Public Radio. Katherine holds a BSN from Metro State University, a Master of Divinity from Luther Seminary, and a Bachelor's degree in Botany/Plant Biology from California Lutheran University.
