The Management and Executive team at Our Little Haven oversees strategic planning, financial management, operational efficiency, and organizational leadership to ensure sustainable and impactful delivery of early intervention services. This team shapes the vision, secures resources, drives program effectiveness, and cultivates partnerships to foster a safe and healing environment for children and families in need.

Management and Executive

The Foster Care Team at Our Little Haven works collaboratively to support children and families through the foster care process. The Foster Care Coalition provides community resources and advocacy, the Foster Care Case Worker manages individual cases to ensure each child's needs are met, and the Foster Care Case Management Administrative Assistant handles the administrative tasks that keep the team organized and effective. Together, they create safe, nurturing environments for children impacted by trauma.

They oversee operational functions, guide program development, ensure financial stability, and foster community relations to effectively serve children and families in need.
