Aaron Harkness

Aaron Harkness has a diverse work experience in the field of power electronics and electrical engineering. Aaron is currently working as a Senior Principal Power Electronics / Electrical Engineer at Our Next Energy, Inc. Prior to this, they held the position of Principal Power Electronics Engineer at ON Semiconductor. Aaron was also a Senior Principal Electrical Engineer and founding team member at LEA Professional from 2018 to 2020. Before that, Aaron worked at Crown Audio as a Senior Principal Electrical Engineer and at Apple as a Power Electronics Engineer. Aaron also gained valuable experience at HARMAN International, where they served as a Senior Principal Electrical Engineer and Principal Engineer. Earlier in their career, Aaron worked as a Senior Power Electronics & Control Systems Engineer at Northrop Grumman, as well as a Product Design Engineer at Harman/Becker Automotive Systems. Aaron began their career as a Project Engineer at Wineman Technology.

Aaron Harkness earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Saginaw Valley State University in 2005. Aaron later pursued a Master of Science degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from The Johns Hopkins University, which they completed in 2012.
