Chris Thomas

Chris Thomas is a seasoned professional in the mobility and venture capital sectors, currently serving as Co-Founder and Partner at Assembly Ventures since March 2020, where the focus is on investing in and supporting mobility entrepreneurs. In addition to this role, Chris is a Pledge Investor at Tuebor and holds positions as Board Member and Advisor at Metropolis Technologies, and as Board Observer at Our Next Energy and Sortera Alloys. With a commitment to enhancing mobility solutions, Chris also acts as Chief Mobility Officer for the Detroit Mobility Lab and engages with mobility start-ups globally as Board Member, Observer, Senior Advisor, and Executive-in-Residence. Previously, Chris co-founded Fontinalis Partners and served as a Board Member for nuTonomy. Chris holds an M.B.A. from the Yale School of Management and a B.A. in International Relations and Economics from Michigan State University.
