Lee Sargent has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Lee most recently worked at Our Next Energy (ONE) as the Director of Technology Integration. Prior to that, they held positions at ELMS: Electric Last Mile Solutions as an Assistant Chief Engineer and Vehicle Integration Engineer. Lee also worked at Dynetics, Inc. as the Thermal Control Systems Electrical and Software Lead for NASA Human Landing System, and at General Motors as a Lab System Integration Engineer and Test Systems Engineer. Additionally, they gained experience as a Graduate Research Assistant at Georgia Institute of Technology, a Volunteer Handyman at Sustainable Roots, and as an Energy Storage System Lead Integrator and Engineering Mentor at Mississippi State University. Lee also had internship roles at Dynetics, Inc. as a Product Engineering Intern, and at ADTRAN as a Core Software Architecture Co-Op. Lee served as the Team Leader for MSU EcoCAR 2 at Mississippi State University.
Lee Sargent has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology, which was obtained from 2016 to 2017. Prior to that, they studied Electrical Engineering at Mississippi State University from 2012 to 2015. Additionally, Lee Sargent obtained a certification in Structural Plate for 3G Flux Core from the American Welding Society in August 2016.
