Thea Mathias is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in international business and operations. Currently serving as VP, General Manager - International at Our Place since October 2022, Thea previously held key positions at Rover.com, leading international business efforts focused on growth, retention, analytics, and product from April 2018 to September 2022. Additional experience includes roles as Head of Operations at DogBuddy and Senior Manager of Strategic Operations at Pockit. Thea began a consulting career at McKinsey & Company from March 2014 to December 2016. Academic credentials include a Bachelor of Arts (BA) (Hons) in Economics and Management from the University of Oxford.
