Greg Olsen

Greg Olsen is a seasoned technology executive with extensive experience in software engineering and product development. Currently serving as Senior Director of Software Engineering at OURA since November 2024, Olsen previously held the position of CTO at Sparta Software from September 2019 to November 2024, where the focus was on data related to athletic, military, and occupational health. Olsen also contributed as Consultant and SVP of Products at Falkonry between November 2014 and November 2019, leading the design of a machine learning engine and associated products. Earlier roles include Lead at Explorerible and CTO/SVP of Engineering at ServiceSource, overseeing the development of a cloud-based application platform. Olsen's academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering and an M.S. in Computer Science, both from Stanford University, with a dissertation on inter-enterprise collaboration and recognition as a Charles Pigott Fellowship recipient.
