Betina Schmidt has over five years of professional experience. Betina began their career in 2017 as an Estagiário Jurídico at FCC, where they were responsible for contract writing and analysis, analyzing documents and contracts from other companies, and generating sustainability ideas, ethics and focusing on innovation. In 2018, they joined SAP as a Technical Writer and Product Support Analyst, where they facilitated the communication process between SAP customers and SAP Support, worked with existing customer incidents, status requests and escalation requests, and worked closely with escalation cases. Most recently, in 2022, they became the Support Team Manager at Ourcart.
Betina Schmidt has a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Unisinos, which they obtained in 2020. Betina has also obtained various certifications from SAP, Lynda.com, and other institutions. These include Product Support Knowledge 2021 - Product Support Accreditation (obtained in July 2021), CT Assertiveness Training (obtained in October 2019), Learning to Be Assertive (obtained in August 2019), Business Etiquette (obtained in November 2018), Effective Listening (obtained in November 2018), and Efficient Time Management (obtained in October 2018).
