Dee B. Brinkhaus

Dee B. Brinkhaus is the Director of Managed Services Operations at FORTÉ, where they continue to drive operations and service delivery excellence. With prior experience as a Senior Manager in Service Delivery at Sun Country Airlines, they oversaw multiple teams and implemented critical IT systems that improved operational insights. Previously, as Director of Operations at T-Chek/EFS LLC, they managed significant budgets and led initiatives that enhanced customer satisfaction while reducing costs. Dee has also held managerial roles at TCF Bank, focusing on operational support for contact center tools. They are currently pursuing a business degree at North Hennepin Community College.
